Responsibilities:

• Provide direct physical therapy services to students for 4 hours each week as part of their individualized education plans
• Conduct assessments and develop goal-oriented treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, special education professionals, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for each student
• Document sessions, progress, and outcomes in accordance with school and regulatory standards
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to educational planning when needed
• Serve as a resource to school staff for integrating mobility strategies and adaptations into classrooms
