Desired Qualifications and Experience:

Licensed Occupational Therapist with prior experience in schools preferred
Strong understanding of pediatric occupational therapy practices
Experience with IEP development and documentation
Ability to adapt activities to meet diverse student needs
Clear communication skills and collaborative spirit
Comfortable providing therapy onsite within a school setting
Reliable and proactive, with readiness for a contract position

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver individual and group OT services based on students’ IEP goals
Evaluate and assess students’ needs, developing tailored intervention plans
Collaborate with teachers and staff to support classroom participation
Counsel families and provide recommendations for at-home strategies
Maintain accurate and timely progress notes
Participate in team meetings and contribute professional insights
