POSITION: Production Associate (Night)
REPORTS TO: Production Supervisor
DIVISION: Warehouse- Production
FLSA CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt / Hourly

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dependable, energetic, and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our fast-paced team. This role is responsible for picking and packing produce orders, assisting with product receiving, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization in the warehouse.

SCHEDULE:

2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 2:00pm - or until production is complete
Sunday | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM or until production is complete
*Schedules require availability for weekends and holidays.

COMPENSATION: Hourly Rate: $15.00

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Pick and pack produce orders efficiently and accurately
• Work on the production line repackaging and wrapping products.
• Placing labels and making boxes for shipments
• Inspection of produce to ensure quality of products.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area following company sanitation standards
• Support the team to meet daily production goals
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in warehouse or production environments preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal)
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
• Comfortable working in cold storage and variable weather conditions
• Flexibility to work Overtime as needed.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
