Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Projected Start: July 13, 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver primary nursing care to patients on a 24-bed Medical/Surgical unit with an oncology and general surgery focus
• Administer chemotherapy in accordance with unit policy (chemo-certified nurses only)
• Monitor and document vital signs every 8 hours, or every 4 hours for remote telemetry patients
• Collaborate within a primary nursing care model alongside charge nurses, fellow RNs, and administrative care technicians
• Utilize an iPhone-based nursing communication system to coordinate with care team members in real time
• Maintain a patient ratio of 1:5 and support a positive, team-oriented unit culture

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of current acute care hospital Medical/Surgical experience
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Chemotherapy certification (required to hang and handle chemotherapy on this unit)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Experience with Meditech EMR
