Facility ManagerLead, develop and drive the strategic direction of our company within the customer site.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Demonstrates the values and business principles of Leadec.Works safely at all times.Oversight of Leadec technical cleaning and production support operations at the siteMaintain high ethical standards and an appropriate level of confidentialityEnsuring that all safety guidelines at the site are adhered to in accordance with our safety program requirementsProvide technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to encourage better decision makingDrive successful implementation of Leadec and Customer strategic initiativesManages all required documentation reporting for both internal and customer needsRelationship management -- both internally within Leadec and externally between Leadec, Leadec's Customers and Leadec's business partnersManage KPI's for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Morale, and EnvironmentMonitoring environmental compliance at both Divisional and Global levelsWork with Safety and OPEX teams to lead sustainability projects at site levelProgressively manage Leadec financial performance for the site. Frequently required to stand and walk on concrete surfaces for 4 -12 hours. Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms; lift; stoop, or crouch.Vision requirements: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception and focus adjustment.Work is performed in an office and industrial-manufacturing environment with significant time spent working on a computer or at a desk.
