Unit Coordinator - NICU

Job Description

This position may qualify for a sign-on bonus Provides clerical/secretarial support to nursing leaders within a service line or to multiple departments or managers/directors, in facility or across facilities, in order to facilitate functions/operations for areas of responsibility. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

MINIMUM EDUCATION: High School Graduate or equivalent PREFERRED EDUCATION: Completion of additional academic courses MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 3 to 5 years as a secretary in a professional business setting PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Experience in healthcare environment REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE: NA PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE: REQUIRED COURSES/ COMPLETIONS (e.g., CPR): Behavioral Health & ED: Non-Violent Crisis Intervention obtained with 60 days of hire or transfer to position
