Pay: $17/hour Shift starts at 5:30AM

Position Overview:

As a Concierge Attendant, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our guests by assisting guests who can access the M Lounge. You will be servicing clients, taking drink orders, serving light appetizers and making sure concierge lounge is stocked. You will serve as the first point of contact for guests seeking guidance, recommendations, and assistance with a variety of services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Assistance: Greet and assist guests by providing information on hotel amenities, services, and local attractions. Handle any guest requests promptly and efficiently.

• Local Expertise: Offer guests insider knowledge on the best things to do, places to visit, and attractions to see in the local area, ensuring a unique and enjoyable experience.

• Problem Resolution: Handle any guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach to ensure satisfaction.

• Serving Guests

• Pick up order from food preparation areas and ensure food is prepared accordingly.
• Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction.
• Practice safe work habits, wear protective safety equipment and follow MSDS and OSHA standards.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a concierge role is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the local area, attractions, and services is a plus.
• Professional appearance and behavior.
• A passion for providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences.
