SAGE Dining Services is looking for an awesome Barista/Cashier to join our team at a top-notch private day school on Nashville's west side. If you've got the skills to craft delicious, imaginative coffee-based beverages, we want to tap into them and make you a key part of our community!

Schedule:
Looking for someone with a flexible schedule. This position requires you to help maintain our faculty lounge and close out the cafe each day. This position would also require some catering help.
- Monday - Friday, 11 a.m.- 5:00 p.m.
- Some evenings.
- Summers off!
- Additional hours may be available for catering events.
Pay Type:
$17.50 Hourly

Greet guests cheerfully, answering guest questions, taking orders, accepting payments, and preparing and serving food and drinks.
Maintain a clean and well-stocked workspace and dining area; updating displays; and continuously expanding their knowledge of food and beverage quality controls, preparation methods, and presentation.
Interact cheerfully with SAGE guests and provide service with a smile.
Set up, clean, restock, and replenish serving lines and stations.
Adhere to SAGE's safety and allergy prevention policies.
Adhere to recipes and presentations for food and beverage items.
Assist in training new Team Members.
Adapt to additional duties as assigned by management.
Record all transactions in the point-of-sale system.
Collect payments by accepting cash, credit, debit, or flex dollars, per venue requirements.
Balance bank by counting drawer at the beginning and end of shift.
Barista experience preferred.
Experience in food and beverage preparation and customer service preferred.
Ability to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment.
