Are you a dynamic, results-driven individual with a passion for sales? Milestone Marketing is seeking talented Inside Sales Representatives to join our growing team. As a key player in our sales force, you'll be at the forefront of driving business growth and achieving milestones.
Salary: Competitive base salary with uncapped commission potential
Earning Potential: Closers make at least $80,000 per year
Opportunity for Advancement: Room for management opportunities
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound and inbound calls to potential clients with the aim of closing deals.
- Call hot leads and close
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to better serve clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Motivated self-starter with a passion for achieving results.
