Qualifications Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. Experience: 15+ years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams in the fields of analytics, data science, or AI. Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with automation technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), intelligent automation, and workflow automation. Understanding of AI, machine learning, and natural language processing (NLP) concepts and technologies. Knowledge of data management, data governance, and data architecture principles. Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate, and develop talent. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Proven ability to lead and manage large-scale, complex projects from start to finish.
