Production Manager to $95k, Charlotte, NC - Onsite
As a production manager, you will be overseeing the entire production process, including assembly, kitting, shipping and inventory control.
Responsibilities:
- Directly leading the production assemblers on the production floor as well as in the clean room.
- Teaming up with colleagues to solve real-world challenges and problems.
- Make proactive decisions based on the business needs.
- Taking the initiative to develop stronger and more capable processes.
- Overseeing, assigning, and leading continuous improvement projects across multiple departments.
- Developing a trained and highly motivated team.
- Driving quality, innovation, and service
Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience leading a production team.
- You're passionate about your team and helping others grow
- A leadership who knows how to get things done without being told what to do, one who understands continuous improvement and how to implement change that benefits the whole organization to take your career to the next level
