Sales/Account Executive - Remote - Perm - Aerospace | Space | Energy | Mobility Mfg.

Role Overview

Our client is looking for a sales professional to build out a formal, repeatable sales process as the company scales its customer base across aerospace, space, energy, and advanced mobility sectors. This role is focused on sales execution and pipeline management — not business development — and includes ownership of CRM data quality and quarterly sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of accounts within target sectors: aerospace, space, oil & gas, nuclear, and advanced mobility (including automotive and motorsports).

• Build and manage a formal sales funnel/pipeline; set and track quarterly sales strategy.

• Establish strong CRM data practices — accurate tracking, forecasting, and reporting.

• Work closely with Technical Program Management and engineering teams to support active accounts moving into execution.

• May bring on 1–2 supporting team members as the account portfolio grows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in aerospace, space, energy (oil & gas or nuclear), or advanced mobility manufacturing.

• Demonstrated experience building or running a structured sales funnel/process.

• Strong CRM proficiency and comfort owning pipeline data hygiene.

• Track record of managing complex, technical, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

Nice to Have

• Existing relationships/network within aerospace, space, or advanced mobility customer base.

• Experience bringing a small supporting team along from a prior role. xhyhwjd
