Membership Specialist

Position Membership Specialist Role Overview We are looking for a career‑minded, service‑driven professional to join our branch network. This entry‑level role involves providing insurance and membership services support to AAA members in a team environment. Responsibilities Receive comprehensive training on AAA products and services and provide members with confidence in using them. Deliver exceptional service to members in‑branch and over the phone regarding insurance policies, membership, and billing, and other services such as passport photos, travel planning, and cashiering duties. Perform routine and advanced duties to support agents and other team members. Develop insurance leads for office sales agents and life specialists. Be available during branch hours of operation: Monday‑Friday 9am‑5:30pm and rotating Saturdays 9am‑1pm; closed on Sundays and most holidays. Meet individual and team cross‑selling goals; eligible for skills‑based pay increases, monthly bonuses, and career growth opportunities. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Prior experience in insurance, retail sales, banking, or a similar customer service/sales environment. Advanced customer service skills. Ability to work overtime, including Saturdays, and to travel locally when required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office basics. Proven ability to exceed assigned sales or service quality goals. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Adaptability to change and ability to meet deadlines. Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
