We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our high-performing team.
The Customer Service Representative will play a key role in supporting our clients and agency operations. This position is responsible for handling client inquiries, reviewing insurance coverage, processing payments, managing account alerts, and identifying opportunities for additional protection through sales. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service by promptly answering calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.
- Review clients insurance policies to ensure proper coverage and recommend updates as needed.
- Process payments, handle billing inquiries, and resolve account issues accurately.
- Monitor and work agency alerts to ensure client accounts remain up to date and compliant.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to offer additional insurance products that meet client needs.
- Support sales goals by referring and cross-selling policies when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation in the agency management system.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Uphold agency standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance.
- Prior customer service experience (insurance or financial services preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with computers and ability to learn insurance systems quickly.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong desire to help clients.
- Insurance license (Property & Casualty) required.
