About the Role As a Behavior Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing client treatment plans, providing supervision for behavior technicians, and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team—all under one roof! Integrate Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions (NDBIs) with ABA principles to promote holistic, neurodevelopmental growth. Lead a team of clients and RBTs, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions through our trauma-responsive philosophy. Interdisciplinary Collaboration Work alongside SLPs, OTs, counselors, teachers, and art, music, and recreation specialists to support comprehensive client care. Qualifications Master’s degree in behavior analysis, education, psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
