Wireless Sales Manager

Earn $20$23 per hour in base pay, plus uncapped commission. Team members who meet sales expectations typically earn $25$27 per hour in total compensation, while top performers earn $38+ per hour. Earnings vary by location and performance.

What You Can Expect Day-to-Day

• Understand customer needs and recommend wireless products and services that fit.
• Lead, coach, motivate, and support the performance of team members.
• Work with leadership to build action plans that support sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Help your team achieve OSL sales targets and KPIs.
• Coordinate weekly team schedules to maintain appropriate staffing across assigned stores.
• Train team members on operational guidelines, carrier programs, and product knowledge.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Complete required training, including personal and professional development.
• Support sales initiatives and work alongside your team when needed.

What It Takes

• At least 2 years of retail management experience in wireless or consumer electronics.
• Full-time availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.
• A personal vehicle and valid driver's license, with the ability to travel to assigned stores during operating hours.
• Experience with recruiting, coaching, HR responsibilities, and applicable U.S. employment practices is considered an asset.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasting sales, merchandising, and retail performance metrics.
• Successful completion of a background check and eligibility to access military bases.
