Catering Servers' roles are to monitor and assist in the operations of the game day suites and operations of catering events. Adhere to food safety standards and TABC Standards. We are offering competitive pay and on-the-job training at one of the most scenic venues in Frisco.This is seasonal/part-time work as business needs are dictated by athletic events and catered events.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESMaintaining and cleaning the buffet services according to standardsAccomplishes all assigned cleaning, stocking, and maintenance tasksAnswer any guest questions about the menu items, daily specials and beverages, including knowledge of the ingredients, preparation methods and garnishesPrepares foods, such as fruit, juices, cereals, bread, hot foods, Replenish food on hot/cold buffetsRestocks outlet with appropriate inventoryRemoves trash from all containers in outlet, taking it to the dumpster located on the loading dockPut away food stock and dry goods in their proper locationAssists in arranging the room and setting tables for special eventsThorough knowledge of ice handling procedures, health and sanitation guidelinesAbility to maintain a clean, well-stocked stationDelivering and running food between suites and/or catering spaces.Assisting the culinary, operations, and Premium Lead as directedPerforms other related duties as required.QUALIFICATIONSEducation and/or Experience:Experience working in food & beverage or a stadium is preferredHigh School diploma or equivalent preferred.ServSafe certified or is available to receive training.TABC certified or is available to receive training.Live within or near Frisco, TX.Specialized Qualifications:Excellent listening and communication skillsAbility to work shifts ranging from 8-12 hours as business demandsAbility to perform physical tasks, such as but not limited to, lifting approx. 40 lbs.Planning, multi-tasking and a phenomenal team player.Self-motivated with a high energy level and strong verbal communication.Work EnvironmentThe work environment for this position will be event operations and working throughout Frisco Roughriders Field.Uniform RequirementsAdherence to Company Uniform Requirements outlined in the Associate Handbook, uniform requirements outlined in your orientation guidelines.Physical Demands:Prolonged periods of being in one place, moving through the Premium spaces, storage rooms and suites.Bending, lifting, scooping, and carrying miscellaneous equipment and food items.Ability to perform physical tasks, such as but not limited to, lifting approx. 30+ lbs.Basic reading and mathematical skills.CORE VALUE AND COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTSBusiness Acumen - Demonstrate comprehension of the job, including policies, practices, and relationships.
