SUMMARY: The Retail Warehouse Associate position will assist with daily functions of the Retail Operations Department. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Prepare merchandise to be sold for all retail locations
2. Pick merchandise from inventory for retail branch fulfillment
3. Conduct quality control for outgoing transfers, keeping accurate notes for supervisor
4. Able to quickly learn product assortment: categories, vendors, styles, colors and sizes
5. Count daily shipments.
6. Maintain a clean, neat and organized workspace
7. Lift and move boxes of inventory
8. Special projects as business dictates

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

• This position has no supervisor responsibilities.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous Retail/Warehouse experience
• Ability to work flexible schedule and hours
• Must be punctual, reliable, and trustworthy
• Must value accuracy and attention to detail
• Can-do attitude, able to manage workload in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and use hands to handle or feel.
• The employee frequently is required to talk or hear.
• The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms.
• The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to climb ladders.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
