You’ll handle real automotive components—assembling subassemblies, carefully taking parts apart when needed, and verifying every detail before it moves on. Your eye for precision and your steady, hands-on approach keep production humming.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble and disassemble automotive parts and subassemblies following work instructions.
• Inspect components against specifications to confirm quality standards are met.
• Keep your work area organized and safe, supporting a clean, efficient operation.
• Coordinate with teammates to meet throughput and daily production targets.
• Follow safety procedures while handling materials and operating tools.
• Flag equipment issues and potential hazards promptly.
• Join ongoing training to expand your mechanical and process knowledge.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Background in physically demanding work is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort following step-by-step instructions.
• Able to lift heavy items and stand for long periods.
