About the Role:
Laramie Dental Arts, P.C. is looking for a passionate and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing team in Laramie, WY! Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing procedures for patients of all ages
• Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments, including periodontal charting and cancer screenings
• Take and review dental X-rays (radiographs) in accordance with practice protocols
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, home care, and preventive strategies
• Document accurate patient records and update medical/dental histories in the practice management system
• Collaborate with the dentist to develop individualized patient treatment plans
• Apply preventive treatments such as fluoride, sealants, and desensitizing agents as indicated

Requirements:

• Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of Wyoming or ability to obtain one
• Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Proficiency in digital radiography and dental practice management software
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-first attitude
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a dental team
• Experience in periodontal therapy and preventive dental care preferred
