Centralia, WA, US Salary Range: $19.00 To $27.00 Hourly Receptionist – Olympia Orthopaedic Associates Job Type: Full-time Pay: $19 - $27 per hour (Pay is determined based on experience) Summary of benefits OOA covers part or all of the cost for Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and Long-term Disability Insurance. New, full-time staff will accrue a minimum of 17 days of paid time off per year. We are currently recruiting for a full-time float Receptionist. The individual in this role will primarily be expected to work out of our Olympia and Lacey Clinics, but may also be required to cover at our Centralia location. Responsibilities As a Receptionist for OOA you will be the face of the office as patients are checked in for their appointments, making excellent customer service a priority. You will be responsible for performing various clerical duties such as checking in patients, answering phones, taking messages, scheduling appointments, and updating patient charts within a busy orthopaedic practice. Qualifications Minimum of one year of experience in a medical office setting, non-medical Receptionist roles would also be considered. Ability to multi-task.
