We are seeking a Data Entry Specialist to join a project team supporting a major entertainment studio. This individual will be responsible for accurately organizing, tracking, and entering customer asset information into internal systems while ensuring data integrity throughout the process.

Skills and Requirements
Key responsibilities include:
• Organizing and preparing physical customer assets for data entry
• Identifying asset types and entering standardized asset descriptions into the eSearch database
• Updating customer spreadsheets and tracking records as needed
• Collaborating with Customer Service, Operations, and Digital teams to monitor asset status and ensure accurate reporting
• Supporting customer communications through email when necessary
• Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all data management activities
This role may occasionally involve handling aging film reels, including deteriorating "vinegar reels." Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including gloves and masks, will be provided and required when working with these materials.
This position is best suited for a dependable, detail-oriented professional who can work efficiently in a structured environment while managing a high volume of data and physical assets.
