Responsibilities Create repair orders when checking in customers, record all needed information, and explain the proper Inspection or Maintenance work. Keep Customers updated on the progress of their vehicle while it goes through the various stages of repair. Write estimates including labor and parts. Send inspection reports of any discovered services to customers, and go over those inspections to ensure the customer concerns are answered. Send estimates to the customer and go over the pricing and what each job entails. Answer incoming calls. Answer incoming text messages. Check CRM for appointments and follow up messages. Maintain set sales goals related to overall sales and profit. Maintain a clean and organized front counter area. Maintain a clean and organized parking lot. Assist Service Manager as necessary. Attend training as directed and required Attend and participate in networking and company events Follow all company policies and procedures as outlined in handbook Requirements Possess a valid driver’s license issued in Minnesota. Capable of achieving and maintaining the Service Advisor ASE certification Able to work with minimal supervision. Highly organized. Possess good verbal and written communication skills. Must be mature, flexible, and self-motivated Able to operate all company equipment needed to perform required tasks. Can carry up to 50 lbs. Working knowledge of Windows, Excel, Word, CRM tools, Google programs, and a multi-line phone system.
