Ultrasound Technologist

Perform a wide range of ultrasound imaging procedures, primarily in emergency-room environments Communicate compassionately and professionally with patients Maintain equipment and work-area cleanliness Communicate professionally and effectively with hospital staff and colleagues Use necessary technical equipment in the diagnostic modality Complete additional tasks as needed Requirements Minimum 1 year of ultrasound imaging experience post-graduation Current ARDMS certification – RDMS, ideally in Ab or OB Valid driver’s license BLS/CPR certification Professionalism and strong interpersonal communication skills Self-motivated with ability to work independently Pass required hospital-employment health requirements, including drug screen and background check Comfort with general abdominal, general OB, and general vascular scans/procedures Ability to use mobile phone devices and applications Proficiency with necessary technical equipment in the diagnostic modality Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in ultrasound imaging procedures, particularly in emergency-room settings, while maintaining professionalism and effective communication with patients and hospital staff. Holds necessary certifications and possesses the ability to work independently with technical equipment.
