Pay Range: $45 - $50/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive) Introduction We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team for a 6-month duration. This role will be instrumental in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements across the end-to-end trade lifecycle. - 8-10 years of experience in Capital Markets and Financial Services
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis, validation, reconciliation, and reporting
- Experience in system design discussions using Java-based applications/APIs
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
- Experience in conducting gap analysis and recommending process improvements
- Experience in preparing detailed documentation including BRD/FRD, workflows, and release notes
- Experience in coordinating SIT/UAT activities, preparing test cases, and validating business scenarios
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across the trade lifecycle
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, traders, operations, and IT teams
- Translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and data mappings
- Monitor and troubleshoot production issues, ensuring timely resolution
