**Exciting Opportunity for an RN in the Cath Lab!** **Job Description:** - Take charge of patient care with confidence and independence! - Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate. - Collaborate with physicians and management to address nursing challenges. - Stay current with skills and maintain clinical competency within the department. - Display professionalism and foster positive public relations for the hospital. - Solve patient and family issues effectively for positive outcomes. - Communicate clearly and positively with diverse individuals of all ages. - Build strong relationships with co-workers, staff, and physicians. - Follow the five rights of medication administration diligently. - Master time management to enhance productivity. - Champion teamwork and seek assistance when needed. - Uphold the hospital's mission and values while adhering to policies and procedures. - Advocate for patients and involve families in their care. - Respect patient confidentiality, cultural, and religious beliefs. - Navigate end-of-life discussions with sensitivity. - Demonstrate reliability in attending assigned shifts. - Be accountable for your actions and decisions. - Resolve issues using the chain of command appropriately. - Engage with hospital and departmental quality activities. - Participate in ongoing legal compliance training. - Promote positive interactions through professional communication. - Support community service initiatives as part of your role. - Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills. - Familiarize yourself with basic computer skills. **Job Requirements:** - Education: Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred. - Experience: 1-year experience in the related nursing specialty preferred. - Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications: - BLS required (AHA only). - RN License in state of NM required. - ACLS required (AHA only). - Verbal CPI required. **Work Schedule:** - 4 Days - 10 Hours **Work Type:** - Full Time **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
