Project Manager

Overview Project Manager - Manufacturing – Manpower Global provider of products in heat transfer and fluid handling, seeking two Project Managers to manage large-scale manufacturing projects. The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet internal and external stakeholders’ specifications. Job Title: Project Manager - Manufacturing Location: Tulsa metropolitan area Pay Rate Range: $85K – 110K + bonus and comprehensive benefit package Shift: Onsite required – Hybrid model What’s the Job? Support engineering department throughout the bid process. Deliver manufacturing projects on time, within scope and within budget. Manage assigned project resources and make decisions within authorized limits. Lead stakeholder communication, contract review meetings and project coordination. Provide project status updates to internal and external stakeholders. Ensure documentation is completed to meet the SLA requirements. What’s Needed? Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science or related field. Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in capital equipment, manufacturing or a related industry. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly preferred. Ability to be highly organized and detail oriented. Proven success in influencing the positive outcomes of projects.
