At ESMA, you'll experience a unique and diverse professional journey by working with a wide range of clients across multiple settings, which may include schools, day habilitation programs, skilled nursing facilities, home health services, and early intervention programs. Educating and inspiring individuals and their families with therapeutic exercises and at-home strategies that support long-term success
Supervising Physical Therapy Assistants, Aides, and Students to create a strong and supportive therapy team

~ Holds a valid/current professional license as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts (or will soon!)
Graduate of an accredited master’s level (or higher) program in Physical Therapy
Is willing and able to travel to/between multiple work locations

Salary: $37.00 - $46.00 / Hourly based on years of experience
