We are looking for an experienced Forklift Operator/Order Picker who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment, accurately picking and staging orders, and helping organize and maintain a clean and efficient warehouse layout.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, and pallet jacks) to load, unload, and move coffee products and raw materials.

• Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders according to shipping schedules.

• Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing inventory throughout the warehouse.

• Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness; optimize space utilization.

• Perform regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.

• Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.

• Assist in other warehouse tasks as needed.

 

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience operating forklifts and order picking in a warehouse environment.

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or food production setting preferred.

• Proven ability to organize and optimize warehouse space and workflows.

• Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain).

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.

• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.

• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated team player.
