Senior Living Care Coordinator - Lead & Empower Care Teams

Pelican Pointe by Cogir is seeking a Resident Care Coordinator to act as liaison between residents, families and the care team, supporting the Health and Wellness Director and coordinating scheduled care. The role focuses on delivering quality assisted living services, supervising staff, and ensuring adherence to care standards.
The candidate should have 2+ years of medication administration experience, plus supervisory exposure, and a compassionate, detail-oriented approach to resident dignity
