Helps create and execute effective staffing and schedule patterns within Sonida Senior Living guidelines. Promotes positive employee relations by facilitating an atmosphere of open communication and problem-solving; identifies and resolves issues of employee dissatisfaction or conflict in as appropriate and timely manner and in accordance with Sonida Senior Living personnel policies. Ensures that all department staff follow established policies and procedures. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. At least 1-3 years’ experience of Food Service Supervision in a hospital, hotel, healthcare, or senior living environment. Ability to plan, organize, develop, implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies and procedures of the Food Service Department.
