Job Overview The YMCA of Central Texas is seeking enthusiastic team members to join our After School Program in schools throughout Hutto ISD. This role provides a rewarding opportunity to help children learn and grow through play. Schedule & Compensation Part‑time position. Monday–Friday, 2:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. In the summer the program transitions to an all‑day schedule. Pay: $13.00–$15.50 per hour, based on experience. $500 bonus for new staff. Additional incentives include: Free YMCA Membership Tuition Assistance Ongoing Professional Training Responsibilities Lead groups of K‑5th graders through curriculum and activities—including painting, play, coloring, and singing—to promote learning and enjoyment. Qualifications Positive attitude and enthusiasm. Willingness to engage in play and learning activities. Minimum age 18 with high school diploma or equivalent. Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
