The team works the full policy lifecycle in Congress and across federal agencies on high-visibility health matters. Role Summary Track, analyze, and brief on federal health legislation and agency rulemaking affecting drug, biologic, device, digital health, and provider stakeholders. Develop advocacy strategies, coalition pathways, and stakeholder engagement plans for congressional and executive-branch targets. Draft memos, testimony, comments, and outreach materials; support client meetings with Hill and agency principals. Coordinate with litigators, regulatory partners, and cross-office sector teams to advance client objectives. Candidate Profile 7–10 years focused on federal health care and life sciences policy and legislation. Hill experience preferred, ideally with a committee of jurisdiction; relevant executive-branch experience considered in lieu of Hill. Bachelor’s required; JD or master’s preferred. Exceptional writing, briefing, and stakeholder-facing skills. Comfortable owning issues across drug pricing, coverage/reimbursement, FDA, Medicare/Medicaid, and health innovation.
