Registered Nurse

We're seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to support an adult living community serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Job Details:

• Shift Schedule

  Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 40 hrs Per Week, & One Weekend On Call A Month

  
  

• Location: Arlington Heights, IL
• Setting

  Clinic

  
  

• Pay Rate: $80k - $90k Annually (exact rate will depend on experience)
• Patient Population: Adult Only
• Bonus: All Work-Related Transportation Is Reimbursed

Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing services and support to adult residents
• Monitor health needs and coordinate care
• Provide medication administration training to staff in accordance with DHS guidelines
• Support staff with residents' healthcare needs
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation (Updated Patient Charts & More)

Requirements:

• Active Illinois RN license
• Must have 2 years at a minimum of bedside nursing experience
• Must demonstrate a compassionate, patient-focused approach
• Need to have excellent communication and clinical judgment
• Preferred that the provider have previous experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
