· Number of Beds : 10

· Patient Ratios :1:1

· Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : Manager, Board Runner, Holding nurse, surgical attendants, anesthesia tech

· Type of equipment : hana bed, Davinci XI, MAKO, Velys hip & knee

· Documentation system: Meditech

· Scheduling requirements: call required 1 weekend per month 2 first call 2 second call weekdays

· Floating policy: n/a
