Flexible 4 or 5 day work week with 10-hour or 8-hour shifts
100% outpatient primary care
HRSA NHSC Loan Repayment available
Telephone call only, shared 1 week every 4 weeks
Work one late night until 7 pm weekly
Patient-centered medical home model
Health system-employed position
Board-certified and board-eligible candidates welcome
