Administrative Assistant

Holman Auto Center has an outstanding opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join their team!

What will you do?

• Contact clients to schedule appointments for collision repair
• Answer incoming phone calls and schedule appointments for estimates and repairs
• Online scheduling management
• Greet customers for appointment check-in
• Scanning of legal documents and filing for safe keeping
• File preparation for repairs including data entry of scheduling and tracking systems
• Work directly with management to provide support to other departments as needed
• Handle payments as part of customer check out
• Provide purchase orders for vendor repairs
• Create and monitor processes to ensure compliance and for filing to stay current

What are we looking for?

• Previous Auto collision or Service center experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Compensation: $24.00/hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday / 9:00am – 6:00pm

Regular Full-Time

Temporary or Part-Time

In geographic areas with statutory paid sick leave, part-time and temporary employees will receive a paid sick leave benefit that meets the mandated requirements.

Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $20.00 - $26.17 USD per hour.
