Appointment & Office Management: Schedule appointments and manage communications to keep everything running smoothly. Customer Support: Respond to inquiries, maintain client records, and ensure all customer needs are met with care and attention. Sales & Relationship Building: Engage with prospective and existing clients to identify insurance solutions that fit their needs, contributing to our growth. Excellent Service: Continuously provide outstanding customer service, follow up on client needs, and assist with administrative support and projects as needed. What We're Looking For: Prior experience in a receptionist, customer service, or similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Comfortable engaging in sales conversations and identifying opportunities to support clients.
