About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Labor and Delivery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years required License: Current state nursing license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, AWHONN required Must-Have: Previous charge experience, patient ratio experience Description: Provides professional nursing care for patients. Independently uses the nursing process to safely, compassionately, therapeutically, and efficiently provide individualized care. Demonstrates age-specific competencies. Utilizes information from various sources to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care results. May supervise the work and function of other nursing staff. Requirements include a valid state nursing license and necessary certifications. Experience with charting systems, preferably Epic, is required. Candidates must be able to go in for lab work shortly after signing. Work history verification for the past 7 years is required. Candidates must provide accurate work history information.
