Group Head of FP&A

This newly created Group Head of FP&A role will play a pivotal part in supporting the executive team as the company executes its ambitious growth strategy. Why should you apply? Suitable backgrounds include: FP&A Senior Managers within multinational, large corporate or Private Equity-backed businesses looking to progress into a Group leadership role. Senior FP&A or Commercial Finance professionals within financial services seeking to transition into a broader commercial environment. Commercially focused Senior Finance Managers or Financial Controllers with strong business partnering and strategic planning experience. Professionals with excellent financial modelling, forecasting and executive stakeholder management skills. Individuals with strong commercial acumen who thrive in fast-paced, growth-oriented businesses. Role and Reporting Lines Reporting directly to the CFO, this newly created leadership role will be responsible for driving financial planning, commercial performance and strategic decision support across the Group. Working closely with the Executive Leadership Team and Private Equity stakeholders, responsibilities will include: Leading the Group's financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes. Preparing and maintaining the Group's 3 and 5-year strategic business plans in partnership with the CFO and Executive Leadership Team. Providing strategic financial analysis and decision support to the Executive Leadership Team and Board. Delivering insightful commercial analysis to improve profitability, cash generation and operational performance. Supporting M&A activity, investment appraisals and business case development through robust financial modelling and analysis. Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the business and supporting Board and investor reporting. Monitoring competitor activity, market trends and macroeconomic developments to inform strategic planning.
