Excited to provide exceptional user support, the full-time Global Support Engineer will work remotely to manage user inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall user experience. Key responsibilities Balance and prioritize multiple support tickets while maintaining effective communication with users and stakeholders Develop a deep understanding of CodeSignal's product offerings to assist users effectively and gather data for issue resolution Advocate for users by ensuring their needs are met and by providing timely and efficient problem-solving support Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in a support role, preferably in B2B or SaaS environments Proficiency in at least one programming language Strong organizational, research, and time-management skills Ability to remain focused and flexible in a fast-paced environment A collaborative and empathetic team player eager to learn and adapt quickly
