Position Summary Truck Tire Now Technologies, Inc. is seeking a highly organized Network Operations & Provider Relations Specialist to manage the onboarding, credentialing, and ongoing administration of the company's nationwide network of roadside tire service professionals. This role serves as the primary point of contact for new service providers joining the Truck Tire Now platform. The successful candidate will guide applicants through the onboarding process, verify required documentation, maintain provider records, coordinate agreements, and ensure every service provider meets Truck Tire Now's operational and compliance standards before accepting service requests. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, has exceptional organizational skills, and is passionate about building a best-in-class service provider experience. Primary Responsibilities Manage the complete onboarding process for new roadside tire service professionals. Review applications and verify all required documentation before activation. Verify driver's licenses and applicable certifications. Review business licenses, insurance certificates, tax documentation (including W-9 forms), and other required compliance documents. Coordinate execution of independent contractor agreements and related platform documentation. Maintain accurate provider records within the company's systems. Monitor expiration dates for licenses, insurance policies, certifications, and other required credentials. Notify service providers of upcoming renewal requirements and ensure continuous compliance. Serve as the primary contact for onboarding questions and provider support. Coordinate background screening and other pre-activation requirements as company policy dictates. Work closely with Operations, Quality, and Technology teams to ensure providers are fully prepared before receiving dispatches. Assist with recruiting initiatives to grow the Truck Tire Now service network. Track onboarding metrics and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and provider satisfaction. Maintain confidentiality of all provider information and company records. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in onboarding, operations, provider relations, contractor management, recruiting, licensing, credentialing, or administrative operations. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple onboarding files simultaneously. Experience maintaining confidential records. Comfortable working in cloud-based software platforms. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience managing independent contractor or service provider networks. Experience with CRM, applicant tracking, or workforce management systems. Familiarity with transportation, logistics, trucking, fleet services, or commercial tire operations. Experience with digital document management and electronic signature platforms. Knowledge of credentialing, compliance tracking, or contractor onboarding processes. Ensure provider records remain accurate, complete, and current. Reduce onboarding turnaround times while maintaining high compliance standards.
