Position Clinical Care Technician Location Monmouth Medical Center, 300 Second Avenue, Long Branch, NJ 07740 Shift Evening Pay $20.57 - $25.81 per hour Job Overview RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a highly dedicated Clinical Care Technician for the Community Medical Center’s Post Anesthesia Care Unit. Qualifications Required High School Diploma or GED equivalent BLS certification (American Heart Association) Preferred Previous nursing assistant experience or clinical experience from an accredited nursing program Certified nursing assistant certification Scheduling Requirements Full Time, Evening shift Essential Functions Act as a direct patient caregiver, assisting patients with activities of daily living and providing nursing care, including phlebotomy and EKGs. Deliver patient care based on physical, educational, safety, and related criteria appropriate to the patient’s age and assigned service. Ensure effective and safe patient outcomes through sound judgment and critical actions. Maintain open communication with patients and nursing colleagues regarding the status of patient care. Participate in the collaboration of the patient’s plan of care from admission to discharge to ensure safe transitions.
