Responsibilities
Are you ready to take your career to the next level?
As a Home Service Technician, you will complete our award-winning, paid training to learn the skills required to be successful in the daily functions for providing home services. As a representative of our team, you will build relationships with our customers and home service-related solutions!
You Will…
- Use teamwork to install home services to include, but not limited to, attic remediation's, crawlspace encapsulations, and radiant heat barriers for energy efficiency
- Operate a company vehicle safely and ensure cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment
- Communicate with customers by setting project expectations and walking them through the process to ensure satisfaction
- Serve as a problem solver for your customer by utilizing the in-depth training provided and interpersonal communication skills to decide on the most efficient and best overall pest solution for each customer's needs
- Complete all required service-related documentation

Qualifications
As a Home Service Technician at PermaTreat, you must possess the following skills/requirements:
- No Experience Required!
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older to apply
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
- Ability to pass a drug screen
Physical Demands / Working Environment:
- Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
- Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
