About the Role:
As a Home Health Aide with Aging in Place, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Assisting clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Providing light housekeeping and laundry services
Assisting with meal preparation and nutrition
Monitoring and reporting changes in clients' conditions
Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
Responsibilities:
Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist with daily living activities, such as using the bathroom and taking medication
Help clients with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
Monitor and report changes in client conditions to the healthcare team
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
0 years of experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
Ability to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
