Schedule: 07:00 - 19:00 (4 weekend shifts/month)

Requirements: Drive to provide the highest quality of care to laboring patients; ability to support patient choice and promote vaginal birth opportunities specific to patient preference; RN, ACLS, BLS, NRP, and fetal monitoring
Responsibilities:

• Provide quality care to laboring patients while supporting patient choice and individualized birth preferences.
• Support labor and delivery procedures, including circulating in the OR, IUPC, FSE, MgSO4, postpartum hemorrhage care with the JADA system, and nitrous oxide.
• Collaborate with midwives, CRNA, OB providers, and the broader care team to support patient and newborn needs.
• Promote personalized birth experiences, couplet care, breastfeeding, and access to donor milk when needed.
• Float to mother/baby or other departments to task in accordance with unit policy.
