The Boston Medical Center Department of Pediatrics is seeking full-time Pediatric/Family Nurse Practitioners to provide direct patient care and care coordination to newborns in the Newborn Nursery. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care and care coordination to newborns in the Newborn Nursery. Collaborate with on-site social work, case management, and subspecialty services as part of the newborn care team. Support the birthing center operations as part of a busy, innovative environment. Qualifications License to practice as an RN and a certificate to practice as a Nurse Practitioner issued by the Massachusetts State Board of Registration of Nursing. Two years of experience working as a Pediatric or Family NP preferred. Multilingual fluency is a plus. Compensation and Status Compensation: A competitive salary commensurate with academic training, practice experience, and benefits. This is a faculty appointment position at the Boston University School of Medicine. Benefits include paid vacation, sick leave, parental leave, and CME expenses.
