UX/UI Developer with HTML/Tailwind CSS/AI

About the Opportunity
A fast-scaling tech firm in the SaaS and digital product development sector, we build intuitive, high-impact user experiences for enterprise and consumer platforms. Our UX/UI Developers shape seamless, data-informed interfaces that drive engagement, conversion, and satisfaction across web and mobile ecosystems—balancing aesthetics with accessibility and performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, prototype, and implement pixel-perfect, responsive UIs from wireframes to production-ready components using modern design systems.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate user stories into intuitive, accessible interfaces aligned with brand guidelines.
- Build reusable component libraries and ensure cross-browser/device compatibility using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Optimize user flows through A/B testing, usability studies, and analytics-driven iteration to boost conversion and retention.
- Integrate accessibility best practices (WCAG 2.1+) and conduct audits to ensure inclusive design across all platforms.
- Partner with backend engineers to ensure front-end architecture supports scalable performance and seamless API integrations.
