Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring assembly workers for a manufacturing company in Maple Lake, MN. In this role, youll assemble and package light-duty products in a clean, ergonomic environment. If you enjoy steady, repetitive work with reliable hours and weekly pay, this position could be an excellent fit.

What Youll Do as an Assembly Worker:

• Assemble and package balloon kits
• Apply two-sided tape to balloons
• Perform light-duty, repetitive tasks
• Maintain focus to meet daily production quotas
• Work in a comfortable ergonomic environment (adjustable tables, cushioned mats provided)
• Listen to earbuds while working (if permitted by client rules)

What You Need to Bring to the Assembly Role:

• Must have 6 months work experience within the last 2 years
• Must be able to sit or stand for long periods
• Must be able to meet daily quotas and maintain accuracy
• Must have tolerance for repetitive work
• Must have strong attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role
• Long-term potential mindset
• Reliable and eager to work in a friendly environment
