Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,030 - $2,190
• Location: Aberdeen, WA 98520 - Washington coastal region (up to 50-mile coverage radius)
• Position: Travel Physical Therapist / Home Health Physical Therapist (Rehab)
• Employment Type: Travel Contract (Travel Therapy)
• Contract Duration: 17 weeks (May 4, 2026 - August 31, 2026)
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
• Shift Schedule: Days, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (8-hour shifts)
• On Call/Weekend Requirement: None
• Coverage Area: Up to 50-mile radius from Aberdeen
• Mileage Reimbursement: Yes - between visits (from first patient to last patient)
• Dress Code: Business Casual

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) required
• Current CPR certification (BLS preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist
• Previous home health or in-home physical therapy experience highly desirable
• Experience with HCHB EMR or other home health EMRs is a plus
• Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform Start of Care (SOC) evaluations, routine patient visits, and Re-certifications (Recerts)
• Develop and implement individualized in-home rehabilitation plans for adult and geriatric patients
• Provide skilled physical therapy interventions focused on mobility, safety, balance, strength, and functional independence
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary home health teams, including nurses and therapists, to coordinate care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems (HCHB familiarity helpful)
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a community/home health setting
